Literature reviews in “contested domains” hold significant real-world implications, but little guidance exists currently on conducting such reviews. To facilitate this, we develop a guiding framework that encompasses three core elements of literature reviews: review topic, review methods, and review utility, and three values that can guide the review: leadership, inclusion, and impact.
This is our intermediary position on the use of AI by authors, reviewers and the editorial team. We want to emphasize the importance and centrality of human judgement, human accountability, and transparency in and through any scholar work and review process. In addition, manuscripts are privileged material that should be protected from uploads and disclosures.

What an amazing 60 years Business & Society has had! In the journal's 60th volume this year, we celebrate the success of the journal with several new initiatives. Some of these will be announced later in the year, but we’d like to reflect now on what has been established in the domain of business and society and what opportunities lie ahead of us.

The stated aim of the blog is to highlight key research findings to the wider community of researchers, practitioners, and the general public. In addition to this, we hope to provide a platform for discussing current events and redirecting academic research into addressing such topics.
