We are pleased to introduce the newly formed Community Development Team (CDT). This team brings together the journals’ blog and social media initiatives under one umbrella with the aim of strengthening the journal’s community engagement, professional development, and impact beyond academia. With the support of the journals’ community, especially the authors of recent articles, CDT will produce and curate engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and podcasts, and other resources (e.g., information on novel data and methodologies) to support the journals’ mission.

The team will be co-led by Mehdi Samimi and José-Carlos García-Rosell (JC). JC has done a remarkable job in building the journal’s social media presence and will continue as the journal’s social media editor. Mehdi will join the team as the content editor, while Emilia Filippi, Bart Leyen, and Joyce Treptow will serve as its associate content editors.
